We are selling our 24' motorhome to generate some additional cash with which to purchase a small class C (so my wife can drive as well). The condition is moderate. The exterior has minimal rust and the paint is relatively intact, although there are a few dings and cracked hatches. The engine is a strong running 440 (the prior owner was a mechanic who took great care of it) with 67k miles on it. The twin 3" exhausts and dual injected carburator add considerable power while maintaining roughly 15MPG on the highway. The interior walls and ceiling has been covered with cloth per the prior owners style preferences, and we have not taken it down to inspect the paneling underneath because we imagine it is an improvement over whichever colors were popular in xxxx. There are no leaks we are aware of and the heater, stove, fridge and oven all work well on propane. The AC works but the fan has gone out. The inverter is in good shape and when connected to city water and power this is a very comfortable unit. We will include our electric microwave for use when parked, or you can put a generator in (all the wiring and controls are still in place) and use the 110 outlets anytime. The holding tanks and battery bank work for fully self contained travel as well. The shower attachement for the tub is broken but it looks like a simple (tape and glue) fix. We do not have cushions for the settee (two futon mattreses will suffice) but we do have the removable table and support for converting it to a king bed. There is a small bunk bed over one of the seats and the cab has a drop-down sleeping area as well. The restroom and wardrobe are in the rear of the RV. The sink covers are in place for security while underway and all the shades are in tact (no awning). There is a lot of storage on this unit, both inside the cabin and in the basement. Lights, tires, blowers, windows, steps, seats and everything else that you might expect to be in poor condition have actually been very well maintained. This is a suprisingly nice coach for the year, and would be a keeper if it were easier for my wife and in-laws to drive. Please email me with any questions, and if you have a nice class C to trade (or a 4x4 extended cab truck) I would be open to that too.
-Regards,
Trevor
